A few days ago the sky the sky turned yellow and within half an hour it turned orange. We all sat down upstairs and talking and joking but when I went down stairs I felt very scared. It almost felt like I was in a movie or something. I felt like it was 8:00pm but it was actually 2:00pm. We had to switch on all the lights to make it feel normal. I went and got some snakes to eat .
I ran back up because I didn’t want to go down. It didn’t stay for that long but the smoke came back after a while. I was playing wordscapes because I was so bored that I made it from level 230 to 247. We were all surprised that it is so orange here and it was crystal clear in Sydney. We called our friends that lived in Australia to ask if they are okay.

Kia ora Arman,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your story. I know exactly about what you are talking about! It was so scary. I felt like one minute everything was normal, and next thing I know the whole sky was yellow/orange? It felt surreal.
How do you feel about what is happening in Australia with the bush fires?
Nga mihi
